Missing Rings

My mother in law has declined in health to the place that she needs someone to be with her all the time. She did not want to go into a home, so she decided to use a home nursing agency. She was happy with the girl they sent out and things began all right. But sometime a few weeks later Marcie’s diamond rings were missing. She was very upset and eventually called the police. A detective searched the local pawnshops and was able to recover the jewelry. And the home care nurse is headed to jail!

Hard to Buy For

My wife is pretty hard to by special gifts because she is not one who likes diamond rings or fancy clothes or new gadgets. She is happier with some practical and useful item. She does not want to go to a spa or some expensive resort. She does like to travel, so sometimes we celebrate anniversaries or holidays visiting friends of seeing some place of interest. She is hard to buy for, but easy to please.

Diamond Rings

Did you ever meet a lady who was not fascinated by diamond rings? Most of the women I know love them and could never have enough of them. I do not know whether it is the beauty or the value of the rings that captivate them, may a bit of both. But my wife is an exception to that generality. She wears her wedding band, and it has diamonds, but she seldom wears more jewelry than that.
