Unhealthy Meal Once a Month!

I attended a luncheon today in the county seat of the neighboring county. A bunch of us get together once a month for encouragement and camaraderie. And I always order a chicken fried steak that is smothered in cream gravy and served with French fries and buttered toast! I always looked forward to that meal, but even more so now that my wife has introduced healthy cooking to our dinner table almost every night!
