Biggio Doubles

Last night there was an exciting game at Minute Maid Park in Houston, and it even meant something in the standings. Not the Astros standings, but the Chicago Cubs. The Astros won the game in 11 innings moving the Cubs out of a first place tie with the Brewers.

In the first inning of the game, Craig Biggio doubled. It was the 666th double of his career, moving him past George Brett in to sole possession of fifth on the all time doubles list. He is the only right handed hitter at the top of the list!
