Dreams of Money

I sometimes dream about what I would buy if I suddenly came into enough money that I could buy whatever I wanted without worrying about the price tag. Sometimes I think about the sports car, maybe a Porsche. Sometimes I think of the house on a hill above the bay at Scotts Head, Dominica. Sometimes it is tailored clothes and an elegant watch, maybe a Patek Nautilus to remind me of the time I had no money.

Time

Just before Christmas my seventeen year old Pulsar watch took a blow and had the crystal broken. I took it to the clock shop and found it would only cost thirty five dollars to have it replaced. I was without a watch for the first time in a long time and I felt undressed. I gave thought to getting myself one of the beautiful gold watches at the shop, but I decided It was not TIME to get a new watch!
