Back On Track!!

When I went to my doctor recently, he told me I needed to become more active in order to have better control of my blood pressure. He said he was not so much concerned about my diet as he was about my inactivity. My job is very sedentary, so I have to make a conscious decision to get enough exercise.

When I began jogging again, I realized that my running shoes were in pretty bad shape. If I'm going to be committed to running, I need to make sure I have shoes that will protect my feet and back. I have had pretty good luck with the Nike
brand, though the brand really doesn't make a difference to me if the shoes are not of the right quality at the right price. Golf Clubs

In South Texas it gets so hot in the summer time that I seldom go to the golf course. But as fall has come and the weather has gotten a little milder, my attention has returned to the greens. This year I want to take my 14 year old grandson with me as often as possible. He has grown so much in the last few months, and he really needs and a new man sized set of golf clubs.

I decided to check at Shopping.com to see if they had what he might need. I was very pleasantly surprised at what a big selection of golf clubs was there. At Cleveland sets of irons, they had an Adams pre-owned a one hybrid set, they had a Hippo Magia women's hybrid irons set, and much more.

We settled on a Ram Force 14 piece set that will be just right for these early teen years for my grandson.
