Tuesday Morning Workout!!!!

Going to the gym on Tuesday is a day for heavy lifting. On Tuesday the gym is filled with heavy lifters from neighboring cities. This is the best time to show-off your best skills, and share information such as the locations on upcoming competitions, or phone numbers for new spotters, and coaches. Normally the air conditioning is on because of the heavy lifting creates a steam room filled with hot bodies.

We begin our day with stretching for at least an hour before going to the gym. Failing to stretch before a workout is like asking for an injury. Stretching the muscles n the arms, shoulders, and legs. Warm-up can also be done in advance of going to the gym. The muscle in the body must be fully awakened by the time we get to the gym. Completing the warm-up stretching, reps of crunches, and push-ups is adequate.

The next step is completing all the final checks before actually going to the gym. Checking the gym bag for all the necessary hygiene products, calling the spotters, and coaches to verify last minute connections. Reviewing the air temperature will ultimately determine the workout apparel. The best apparel for all occasions is a pair of sweat pants, and a thermal top. Upon leaving the house, I set the Home Alarm Systems prior to going to the gym.
